How we protect your account and data, and what you can do to stay safe.

Keeping your account safe

We will never ask for your password, transaction PIN or one-time codes by phone, email or text.
Turn on two-step sign-in under Security in your account, and keep your recovery codes somewhere safe.
Your transaction PIN is asked for whenever money moves. Choose one that is hard to guess.
Payment links only work for the person they were sent to. Never open a link you did not ask for.
Card numbers are handled by our payment provider. We keep only a token and the last four digits.
